What does a full time parking lot sweeper do?

A full time parking lot sweeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of parking lots. This job involves operating specialized sweeping equipment to remove debris, trash, and dirt from parking areas, driveways, and sometimes sidewalks. Duties may also include emptying trash bins, clearing curbs, and performing minor maintenance on the sweeping equipment. The goal is to keep parking facilities safe, clean, and attractive for customers or tenants. Work hours can vary, often including early mornings or late nights to avoid interfering with peak parking lot usage.
