Parking Lot Coordinator| Morning, Afternoon, & Evening | Full-Time

Our Parking Lot Coordinators play an integral part of daily operations ensuring the smooth flow of operations at our facility, as well as assisting our guests during the check-in and check-out process.


Pay Rate: $13 per hour with regular bonus opportunities

Key Responsibilities of Parking Lot Coordinator: 

  • Greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide clear directions and answer guest questions about the facility, airport and our operations 
  • Observe activities at the parking facility, including any issues with guest vehicles, trip hazards, etc. and report any suspicious activity to Management
  • May maintain and monitor surveillance camera system inside office communicating with on-duty security 
  • May dispatch shuttles to maintain ample coverage at the facility and at the airport
  • Direct proper movement of parking lot activities including shuttle movement, Shuttle Driver breaks, and shuttle fueling schedules
  • Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service to all internal and external customers
  • May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management
  • Maintain accurate familiarity with the airport terminals and general area to answer questions and provide helpful information to guests
  • Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience Required of Parking Lot Coordinator:

  • High school education or equivalent  
  • Previous customer service experience preferred 
  • Valid driver’s license is required at all times 
  • Currently holds and is able to maintain a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Employee Handbook
  • Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language for safety purposes
  • Ability to work in inclement weather 
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift and safely lift up to 30 pounds with or without an accommodation
