Join Our Team as a Parking Lot Technician

Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Parking Lot Technician to join our expanding team! This position is responsible for providing high-quality striping services and minor asphalt/concrete repairs across all CSNHC facility parking lots. This is a full-time, 100% travel-based position.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to various CSNHC facilities throughout Texas and perform parking lot striping as scheduled or requested.
  • Operate and maintain striping equipment, ensuring safety and quality of all work performed.
  • Identify areas in need of maintenance or repair and communicate issues with local facility leadership and corporate operations.
  • Perform basic asphalt and concrete patching, crack filling, and other related surface repairs as needed.
  • Maintain accurate logs of completed work, supply usage, and upcoming needs.
  • Coordinate work schedules to minimize disruption to facility operations and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain and responsibly operate a company-owned pickup truck and tools assigned for this role.
  • Represent the company professionally when onsite at any location.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with parking lot striping, including use of professional-grade striping equipment.
  • Working knowledge of concrete/asphalt repair methods.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively and work independently.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Previous experience working in long-term care or healthcare facility settings is a plus.
