Job description

Description:

Rally Construction Group is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction painting operations across multiple communities. This leader will manage field crews, maintain production schedules, ensure exceptional workmanship, and build strong relationships with builders while delivering projects safely, on time, and to Rally's quality standards.

Who We Are

Rally Construction Group (RCG) is the construction division at the heart of the Rally family of companies, which spans healthcare; humanitarian and defense; residential, custom, and commercial construction; and transportation services. Grounded in our faith-forward approach, we are committed to stewardship, operational excellence, and meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

We're not building an ordinary company — and we're not looking for ordinary leaders.

At our core, we believe great organizations are built by healthy, intentional, and high-character leaders. Culture isn't an afterthought here; it's our competitive advantage. We invest deeply in you because we know that when our people grow, the company grows.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and supervise painting crews across multiple active projects and crews
  • Coordinate daily schedules and manpower to meet builder timelines
  • Conduct quality inspections throughout the painting process and before builder walkthroughs
  • Ensure proper surface preparation, application techniques, and finished product quality
  • Work closely with Project Managers and builders to resolve field issues and punch items
  • Monitor labor productivity, project progress, and material usage
  • Train, mentor, and develop field supervisors and crew leaders
  • Enforce company safety policies and maintain clean, organized jobsites

What You Need:

  • 3+ years of residential painting experience
  • Previous experience leading crews, foremen, or field teams preferred
  • Strong knowledge of residential painting techniques, finishes, and quality standards
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects and prioritize competing deadlines
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to read plans per this scope of work
  • Valid driver's license

Benefits with RallyX, the management platform for RCG, include:

  • Competitive Pay
  • Insurance—Health, Dental, Vision for Full-Time employees
  • 401k plan with matching investment
  • Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays

If you're someone with conviction, humility, and the courage to build something that matters — and you want to change the world alongside a team that refuses to drift into mediocrity — we invite you to join us.
