Call Center Representative
Location: Spokane, WA
At Sound Telecom, you will provide professional and comprehensive support to a diverse range of companies that include medical offices, apartment complexes, professional services, and more! Your day-today will be managing a high-volume of inbound calls and ensuring any message taken is captured efficiently with accuracy. To be set up for success, you will be trained on our internal advanced call processing systems and industry-leading tools. We are an inbound call center only, so telemarketing calls or sales solicitations are not part of the role.
We are looking for dedicated, open-minded individuals who are looking for a long-term career and bring an upbeat tone, a strong command of English, and a typing speed of at least 35 WPM. Additionally, if you value punctuality and the kind of accountability essential to a lasting team, we would love to have you grow with us!
Compensation: Earn a premium rate of $21/hour by maintaining perfect attendance. This includes punctuality at the shift start, timely returns from breaks, and full shift completion. The base rate without perfect attendance is $18/hour.
