The Joint Chiropractic Northeast Atlanta Quadrant

The Joint Chiropractic is looking for a dynamic Team Lead to support our growing multi-unit franchise operation across the Northeast quadrant of Atlanta. This is a full-time floating position designed for a motivated leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys making an impact across multiple locations.

This role will start as a full-time float across several clinics, with the opportunity to transition into a dedicated home location after 90 days, based on performance and business needs.

Pay: $18/ hr + Incentives and Performance bonuses

 What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support teams across multiple locations, ensuring consistent service and operational standards
     
  • Drive sales performance while delivering excellent customer service
     
  • Support day-to-day operations, including scheduling, workflows, and staff coordination
     
  • Coach, motivate, and develop front-line team members
     
  • Assist with onboarding and training to ensure team success
     
  • Act as a reliable point of support for managers and leadership
     
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, and operations oversight
     
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
     
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work confidently across multiple locations
     
  • Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
