Job description

Lunds & Byerlys Minnetonka is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Operations Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pmFor this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 6:00am - 11:00pm.
OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Operations Supervisors are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:
  • Greeting and assisting customers
  • Supervising and assisting front-end operations including:
    • Scanning items
    • Entering pricing data
    • Processing payment
    • Packaging groceries
    • Resolving any checkout concerns
  • Bookkeeping and payroll processing
  • Assisting in coaching, mentoring, and training employees
