**YOU WILL BE WORKING PRIMARILY IN NYC.

Summary:
In this commercial HVAC technician role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of heating and cooling systems in commercial buildings throughout NYC. You'll diagnose and repair a variety of equipment, from cooling towers and pumps to RTUs, split systems, and more.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience
-Respond to service calls for repairs in commercial buildings in NYC for Maintenance, Repairs, & Installations
Diagnose mechanical & electrical malfunctions
Install, replace or repair equipment including calibrating thermostatic controls, worn/malfunctioning parts including but not limited to motors, compressors, coils, contactors, transformers, etc.
Establish & maintain effective relationships with customers and their employees
Working knowledge of wiring diagrams and blueprints.
Prioritize safety procedures and adhere to company policies
Ability to lead
Preventive maintenance proficiency
Experience in RTUs, DX split systems, SCAV units, Ductless splits, Chillers, Cooling towers, water source heat pumps, etc.
NYC FDNY Torch/Fire Watch certificates (F-60 / G-60)
EPA Universal Certification
Clean driving record
