THE BASICS

Pay: Our Office Admin - Maintenance Support Agent earns $21.00 - $25.00/hour.

Schedule: Typical working hours are from Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, but we are flexible!

YOUR DAY AS AN OFFICE ADMIN - MAINTENANCE SUPPORT AGENT

In this entry-level clerical role, you work with your team to ensure every day at our business is smooth and seamless! With an upbeat attitude, you answer phone calls, speak with customers, and handle various front desk duties. Accuracy is key as you verify timecards, complete data entry, and help customers with their accounts. You also assist our maintenance account manager with whatever they need, playing a pivotal part in our customer satisfaction and long-term success!


REQUIREMENTS

  • Computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft and QuickBooks
  • Must live within 30 minutes of our Salt Lake City, UT office
