Job description

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly organized Office Manager to join our growing home care agency.
Position: Office Manager – Home Care Agency
Schedule: Full-Time
Location: Raleigh, NC

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily home care office operations.
  • Coordinate caregiver/CNA schedules and client coverage.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and maintaining employee files.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, families, and case managers.
  • Monitor EVV, timesheets, missed visits, and scheduling issues.
  • Maintain client and employee documentation.
  • Assist with Medicaid and insurance-related administrative requirements.
  • Track authorizations and ensure services are scheduled appropriately.
  • Help maintain compliance with agency policies and state requirements.
  • Handle telephone calls, emails, filing, and other administrative duties.
  • Assist management with audits, reports, and quality-assurance activities.

Qualifications:
  • Previous home care, home health, healthcare, or Medicaid office experience preferred.
  • Office management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong computer and organizational skills.
  • Experience with scheduling and EVV systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle staffing issues professionally.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of NC Medicaid PCS and/or CAP/DA or CAP/C programs is a strong plus.
