Job Description

Summary/Objective:

The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a central role in driving GMED’s digital visibility, lead generation, and content performance. Working closely with Certification, Operations, and Business Development, this role manages content creation, SEO, automation workflows, and analytics across WordPress, email platforms, and social media.

Essential Functions
  • Digital Growth & SEO
    • Lead GMED’s digital growth and SEO strategy to increase visibility, organic traffic, and qualified leads.
    • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
    • Optimize site structure, metadata, landing pages, and content performance.
  • Content & Website Management

    • Manage the editorial calendar and oversee content production.

    • Publish, format, and update content on WordPress; perform basic front-end tasks.

    • Support creation of layouts for newsletters, campaigns, and social posts.

  • Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing

    • Build automated workflows in Odoo/Mailchimp to nurture and qualify leads.

    • Segment audiences, run A/B tests, and optimize email sequences for conversion.

    • Build segmentation strategies and behavioral triggers supporting the customer journey.

  • Analytics & Reporting

    • Manage dashboards (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and track key KPIs.

    • Produce monthly reports and provide data-driven recommendations.

  • AI-Driven Marketing

    • Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, SEO analysis, campaign testing, and personalization.

    • Implement AI-based optimizations for user experience, lead scoring, predictive segmentation, and content performance.

    • Monitor emerging AI technologies to strengthen GMED’s digital competitiveness.

  • Collaboration

    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

    • Partner with internal teams to support global marketing priorities.

Who You Are
