Position Overview

Quest Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Work Environment

This remote position allows for a flexible work-life balance while still enabling you to connect with clients through virtual platforms. While the position is primarily home-based, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with clients in your local community as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients experiencing mental health challenges, such as major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, and severe emotional disturbances.
• Conduct regular therapy sessions—both individual and group—focusing on evidence-based practices tailored to the needs and preferences of clients.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and best practices to improve client outcomes.
• Engage with clients’ families, offering guidance and resources to support their loved ones’ recovery journeys.
• Respond to crisis situations with effective intervention strategies, ensuring client safety and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role focuses on serving a heterogeneous client base that includes individuals from varied cultural, social, and economic backgrounds. You will work closely with populations in Arlington who face significant barriers to accessing mental health services, including low-income families, individuals experiencing homelessness, and people dealing with chronic physical and mental health conditions. Your understanding and respect for the diverse traditions and beliefs clients bring will be paramount as you work toward empowering them toward recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required, along with active LCSW licensure in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with demonstrated expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for mental health populations.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and relate to clients compassionately and effectively.
• Proven organizational skills and an ability to prioritize tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of ethical guidelines and professional standards in social work practice.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, enhancing our ability to serve our diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience

Experience working within community health settings or with integrated care models is highly desirable. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms will be beneficial as you engage with clients remotely.

Compensation and Benefits

The full-time licensed clinical social worker role at Quest Wellness Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
