Mechanical Engineer
This position requires an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance to be considered.
The Mechanical Engineer will offer expertise in various engineering disciplines. Degreed engineer and engineer technician skill levels. This expertise will support infrastructure development, construction projects, technical assessments, and recommended engineering solutions to support facilities and weapons systems to ensure production goals are satisfied.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Mechanical Engineer: $105,000 to $120,000.
Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities Include:
  • Design, develop, and test mechanical systems, components, and equipment.
  • Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and analysis to optimize designs.
  • Create and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and 3D models using CAD software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct failure analysis and recommend design improvements.
  • Oversee prototype development and testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Work with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials and components.
  • Provide technical support for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all safety and regulatory requirements.

Mechanical Engineer Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in mechanical design, development, or manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of materials, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and structural analysis.
