Job description

NVIDIA is looking for someone who loves to work in a dynamic organization and flourishes with delighting customers through an outstanding sales experience to fill the position of Account Manager on our Healthcare sales team aligned to our MedTech customers. The ideal candidate should be an expert, high-energy sales professional who is passionate about value delivery to customers, persistent to reach beyond the goal, and believe that AI can transform healthcare. A validated successful track record of leading enterprise accounts in the Healthcare space is a must. This full-time position requires close working relationships with NVIDIA solution architects, business development managers, and developer relations managers to drive revenue growth for the company. This person should have the ability to shift easily from working with senior-level executives and strategy decision makers to data scientists, software architects, product managers, and IT leaders at customers and prospects.

What you'll be doing:

  • Attain a minimum of 100% Quota attainment selling Enterprise product and solutions to Enterprise Accounts

  • Identify and build key accounts into strategic partners, and drive sustaining revenue, market share growth, and product footprint

  • Understand and deliver NVIDIA value proposition, key features, product messages, positioning

  • Be responsible for all aspects of strategy creation and implementation, forecasting, sales account management, training, and education to your customers.

  • Establish relationships with key executives to achieve endorsement of NVIDIA solutions and adoption of same by their developer teams

  • Work closely with partners, OEMs, ODMs and the ISV ecosystem to build and implement go-to-market plans for accelerated growth and adoption of the enterprise solution family.

  • Contribute to the long-term success of our team by being a collaborative leader amongst your peers. Consistently striving to improve and reinvent yourself.

  • Engage appropriate NVIDIA resources as part of a virtual sales team

What we need to see:

  • 5+ years of selling technology to healthcare land life science organizations

  • Experience of technology quota carrying sales experience responsible for the full sales cycle (prospecting, customer presentation/demos, negotiating, and closing the sale)

  • Proven success in rolling up a forecast to sales leadership

  • Experience with going to market and teaming with Technology Industry Channel Partners

  • Excellent communication (interpersonal and presentation) and closing skills, and have successfully applied these in an inside sales environment

  • Skilled at selling in a Cloud environment including working with CSP, ISV, and end-user customer

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Datacenter selling experience

  • Salesforce.com experience is required

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 148,000 USD - 235,750 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
