Job description

Join the Future of Longevity Care
About L-Nutra
At L-Nutra, we're redefining what healthcare can be. Instead of treating chronic metabolic conditions after they've taken root, we're building a future where science, technology, and nutrition combine to help people thrive - not just survive.
Our nutri-technology platform is grounded in decades of clinical research at the University of Southern California, backed by $36M in NIH and EU funding. We're pioneering metabolic health and healthy longevity programs that help people with type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, obesity, and metabolic disorders reduce reliance on medications and reclaim their healthspan.
The Opportunity
As a Registered Dietitian at L-Nutra Health, you play a pivotal role in a new era of metabolic and longevity care. You are the clinical guide, the motivator, and the educator who ensures each member has a safe, informed, and inspiring journey toward remission and long-term vitality.
We are hiring for a full-time position in part of our Longevity Program.
This is a remote role, with meaningful impact, deep collaboration, and room for future growth as L-Nutra scales globally.
What You'll Do
You will become a trusted clinical partner to our members and a key contributor to the evolution of our metabolic-care model.
Member Care & Clinical Support
  • Manage a dedicated panel of clients aiming to prevent, manage, or reverse chronic metabolic conditions.
  • Deliver virtual 1:1 and group counseling through video, phone, and secure messaging on a HIPAA-compliant platform.
  • Apply motivational interviewing to spark behavior change, increase engagement, and improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with L-Nutra's Chief Medical Officer during weekly clinical reviews.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to gather labs, glucose monitoring data, and medication adjustments.

Content, Coaching & Program Innovation
  • Create educational materials, evidence-based handouts, and creative content for members.
  • Develop monthly blog posts and multimedia resources tied to our proprietary technology and longevity program.
  • Contribute to social media communities and member engagement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the member journey and recommend improvements.

Data, Documentation & Operational Excellence
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all counseling sessions (completed, cancelled, rescheduled, etc.).
  • Support coaching initiatives and compliance expectations on a weekly basis.
  • Provide feedback to improve the integration of coaching services within the software platform.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen program execution as we scale.

Brand & Mission Alignment
  • Represent L-Nutra's values, mission, and clinical excellence in every interaction.
  • Act as a trusted voice for prospective members and healthcare providers learning about the program.

Work hours may occasionally include pre-scheduled times outside of standard business hours to support member needs.
Who We Are
L-Nutra is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. We value and respect people of all backgrounds and consider all qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, natural origin, protected veteran status, disability, or any other factors prohibited by law -- or humanity.
Requirements
What You Bring
  • Registered Dietitian through CDR
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Confident with 1:1 counseling
  • High proficiency in time management, organization, and prioritization

Preferred
  • 3+ years as a Registered Dietitian
  • National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC)
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or consumer health products
  • Familiarity with patient-centric digital healthcare models

Who Thrives Here
You will love this role if you are entrepreneurial, a creative clinical thinker, passionate about people, and excited to shape the future of metabolic health.
Benefits
What We Offer
• Mission-driven work with measurable impact on metabolic health, weight, and longevity.
Base salary of $75,000-$85,000 + bonus opportunity
Equity in a pre-IPO health and longevity company.
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
• 401(k) with up to 4% company match.
• Flexible, trust-based PTO.
