As a vital member of our front-line staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless transition for our residents and families, while providing exceptional customer service and clinical support. Responsibilities:

• Greet and register patients, families, and visitors, while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere
• Process and coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
• Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and families, addressing their concerns and needs
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a comprehensive care plan is in place, addressing the unique needs of each resident
