Job description

We are searching for Temporary Licensed Nursing Home administrators to build bench strength in the event that a position becomes temporarily opened or we simply need additional assistance. If so, we encourage you to apply.

The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the day to day operations to include Operations, Clinical, HR functions, Training and Regulatory requirements, to name a few key areas. The candidate MUST HAVE A NURSING HOME LICENSE active in OK. The best candidate will have a proven track record in leading change and adjustments of a facility under the current operating environgment of state and federal requirements.

The candidate MUST have:

Nursing Home License that is active for OK

Bachelors degree or higher

3 - 8 years experience as a nursing home administrator

The best qualified candidate will have a proven track record in operating a nursing home in a COVID environment with a strong understanding of the regulatory compliance to include an ability to build relationships to both internal and external

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

ยท Must be able to move intermittently throughout the day, proper body mechanics requiredโ€”bending, stooping, turning, stretching, reaching above the shoulders are involved

ยท Must be able to cope with the mental, emotional, and physical stress of the position.

ยท Must be able to observe, listen and communicate effectively

ยท Must function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, support agencies, and outside agencies

ยท Must be able to relate to and work with the ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times hostile people within the facility
