Assistant Nursing Home Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at Advocate Healthcare of East Boston in Boston, Massachusetts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and exceptional customer service for our residents. Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Nursing Home Administrator in overseeing the daily operations of the facility, including staff management, resident care, and compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident

  • Ensure that all staff members receive adequate training and support to provide high-quality care
