Now Hiring: Assistant Nursing Home Administrator (NHA Required)

  • Active Maryland Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license is required.

  • Long term care experience is required.

Complete Care at Hyattsville is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Nursing Home Administrator to join our leadership team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a licensed healthcare leader looking to expand their operational expertise within a large, dynamic skilled nursing environment.

Our center features 270 beds, primarily private rooms, and offers a broad range of post-acute, rehabilitation, and long-term care services. We are seeking a hands-on leader who is passionate about resident care, team development, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities of Assistant Nursing Home Administrator (NHA):

  • Assist the Administrator in the day-to-day operations of the facility.

  • Support regulatory compliance efforts and survey readiness initiatives.

  • Collaborate with department leaders to drive quality outcomes and resident satisfaction.

  • Monitor operational, financial, and staffing performance metrics.

  • Participate in budgeting, census development, and strategic planning efforts.

  • Foster a positive culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and exceptional care.

  • Serve as Administrator designee when necessary.

  • Support recruitment, retention, and development of department leaders and staff.

Qualifications for Assistant Nursing Home Administrator (NHA):

  • Active Maryland Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • Long-term care or post-acute care leadership experience required.

  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
