Manufacturing Associate (Metal Assembly and Final Assembly)
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate hand tools and equipment to assemble and/or paint metal or wood fixtures to drawing specifications
  • Verify adequate materials and supplies are available to complete the task as needed
  • Maintain product quality and minimal unplanned stops
  • Communicate and work with team members as needed to ensure production of the correct product with minimal wasted time and materials
  • Report defective materials to management
  • Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and assist in other work areas
  • Complete and maintain paperwork for parts
  • Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations
  • Perform appropriate duties as assigned
  • Working in both Metal and Final Assembly Departments

Job Requirements:
  • Must be available for 1st Shift
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, but not required
  • Ability to read blueprints and production schematics preferred, but not required
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work and communicate well with others and a team
  • Experience with hand tools
  • Willing to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to frequently lift/push/pull objects that are up to 50 pounds
