  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for workflow automation or custom NEXUS development.
  • Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, acceptance criteria, sample data, and testing scenarios for automation projects.

Automation Implementation & Workflow Support

  • Serve as the primary technical resource for employees seeking assistance with AI automation and workflow improvements.
  • Design, configure, implement, test, deploy, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and other approved automation platforms.
  • Build, configure, test, and refine prompts, AI agents, workflow automations, and supporting project configurations prior to deployment.
  • Continuously optimize deployed automations to improve usability, efficiency, and business value.
  • Own automation initiatives from initial intake through implementation, testing, user acceptance, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support.

Advanced NEXUS Coordination

  • Identify automation requests that require custom programming or advanced integration within NEXUS.
  • Work closely with the Software Development team to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
  • Coordinate project priorities with business stakeholders and development resources.
  • Participate in solution design reviews and ensure developed functionality meets business objectives.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, validate completed functionality, document issues, and support successful production rollout.

Training & Development

  • Develop and deliver training programs for AI tools, workflow automations, and NEXUS AI capabilities.
  • Create user guides, quick-reference documentation, videos, and knowledge-based articles.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for staff questions regarding AI automation and workflow solutions.

  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of enhancement requests.
  • Stay current on Microsoft Power Platform, AI technologies, automation tools, and emerging best practices.

Responsible AI & Compliance

  • Design, deploy, and maintain automations in compliance with the Tomarco AI Usage Policy.
  • Utilize only approved enterprise AI platforms and comply with company data-classification standards.
  • Ensure all AI-generated content incorporates appropriate human review before being relied upon for business decisions or customer deliverables.
  • Maintain documented manual fallback procedures for critical automations.

  • Recommend practical applications that align with company objectives and the Tomarco AI Usage Policy.
