Job description

The Los Angeles Clippers are seeking a results-driven, self-starting Account Manager, Premium Sales to join the premium ticket sales team at Intuit Dome. This role is focused on driving new season premium ticket revenue primarily through a business-to-business sales approach and cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key decision makers.
In this role, you will self-prospect, conduct out of office and in-office meetings, and execute outbound new sales campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly competitive, has a hunter's mentality, and has a proven ability to close high-dollar ticketing products in the sports industry.
This is a full-time role based in Inglewood, Ca and is eligible for our competitive benefit offerings including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan with company contribution, Well-Being Allowance, and more, Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts, NBA games, and special events.
What You Will Do
  • Research, self-prospect, and generate new business through research, calls, emails, and networking.
  • Exceed monthly and yearly sales revenue goals.
  • Effectively execute all assigned sales campaigns and training.
  • Leverage outside networking opportunities.
  • Promote an inclusive culture through teamwork and transparency.
  • Track communications and correspondence with clients using CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Your Background, Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, sports marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in sales and/or ticket sales. Sports industry preferred.
  • Proven history of hunting new business and closing high-dollar deals.
  • Successful track record of exceeding ticket sales goals.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
