This can include positions such as pastors, priests, missionaries, youth leaders, or other church staff who work to support the spiritual and practical needs of a community. People in full time ministry often engage in teaching, counseling, community outreach, and organizing worship services. The work is typically motivated by a sense of calling and commitment to faith, and may require specific education or training depending on the denomination or organization.
