We're looking for a Product Engineer II to support and evolve telecom-centric products and managed service solutions. What You'll Do
  • Translate business and customer needs into clear functional specifications
  • Analyze and resolve moderately complex technical and service issues
  • Evaluate solution options and participate in vendor assessments
  • Support RFIs/RFQs and solution comparisons
  • Create and maintain delivery and operational documentation
  • Support service readiness, launch validation, and handoff to operations
