We're looking for a Product Engineer II to support and evolve telecom-centric products and managed service solutions. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys translating business needs into practical, scalable technical solutions and working at the intersection of technology, vendors, and operations.
What You'll Do
  • Translate business and customer needs into clear functional specifications
  • Analyze and resolve moderately complex technical and service issues
  • Evaluate solution options and participate in vendor assessments
  • Support RFIs/RFQs and solution comparisons
  • Create and maintain delivery and operational documentation
  • Support service readiness, launch validation, and handoff to operations
  • Work across technologies such as IoT, SD-WAN, cybersecurity, wireless, and networking

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field strongly preferred, or equivalent professional experience
