We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and customer-focused Bartender to join our pre-opening team. As a key member of our Food & Beverage department, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, delivering outstanding service, and helping to shape the guest experience in our cafe.
Your role goes beyond just pouring drinks — you'll be a storyteller, a brand ambassador, and a vital part of the resort atmosphere
Responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and making recommendations based on their preferences.
• Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods, including banquet events and catering functions.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality while creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Skills
• Proficient in clover systems is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Experience in fine dining, nightclub settings, or food service environments is highly desirable.
