Full Time MHS Genesis Trainers are professionals responsible for educating healthcare staff on how to use the MHS Genesis electronic health record (EHR) system, which is implemented across the Military Health System. They design and deliver training programs, provide hands-on instruction, and support end-users during and after system go-live. Their role is critical in ensuring that medical personnel can efficiently and accurately use MHS Genesis to improve patient care and record-keeping. These trainers often have backgrounds in healthcare, IT, or education, and work closely with both clinical and administrative staff.
