• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing tools, ensuring ethical standards and compassionate interactions.
• Utilize a range of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches, to tailor treatment plans to the specific needs of each client.
• Engage clients in discussions to explore insights surrounding their experiences, feelings, and relationships, guiding them towards improved self-awareness and emotional well-being.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting strategies and providing feedback to facilitate healthy coping mechanisms.

This role primarily focuses on providing services to stable and low-acuity adults experiencing anxiety, stress, and other mental health concerns. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that your practice reflects a commitment to cultural competence and inclusive care.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) is essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• A dedication to providing culturally competent care to a diverse clientele.

• Experience providing therapy remotely and familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus, although we are also open to candidates who are willing to adapt.
• A background in treating similar patient populations is advantageous, helping you to quickly understand and meet client needs.

• The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on your experience and caseload management.
