• Provide individual mental health counseling through video consultations, ensuring that every session is conducted with ethical integrity and compassion.
• Employ solution-based treatment modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances, facilitating goal-oriented therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that effectively address the mental health concerns of your clients.
• Engage clients in meaningful discussions to help them gain insights into their thoughts, emotions, and relationships.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress throughout treatment, adjusting plans and strategies as necessary to foster healthy coping mechanisms.

Your primary focus will be on stable and low-acuity adults, allowing for a more manageable caseload that emphasizes quality over quantity. You will work with clients who are seeking guidance in managing stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges, providing support that is compassionate and client-centered.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health therapist, specifically LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy, particularly through teletherapy platforms, or a willingness to embrace this mode of service delivery.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients in a digital environment.
• Commitment to cultural competence, ensuring that therapeutic practices are inclusive and sensitive to the diverse backgrounds of clients.

• Prior experience conducting therapy in a virtual setting, with familiarity in using telehealth platforms and tools.
• Proficiency in a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities and counseling techniques.
• Experience in or willingness to engage in continuous professional development and training related to remote counseling practices.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
