Full-Time Mental Health Therapist- Recovery Program
Are you passionate about helping individuals overcome substance use challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives? Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County is seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist to provide counseling services through our Partners for Change recovery program. This is an in-person, office-based position located in West Palm Beach, Florida. This position works with adolescents and adults impacted by substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health concerns, and other life challenges, helping clients develop coping skills, strengthen support systems, and achieve their recovery goals.
What We're Looking For:
  • Master's degree in Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling; State of Florida Registered Intern or licensed clinician, required
  • Experience providing psychotherapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
  • Knowledge of substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and recovery-oriented care
  • Experience utilizing Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Relapse Prevention, and Harm Reduction approaches
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
