Work Environment

Working remotely from Atlanta, Georgia, our therapists benefit from the flexibility of a home office setting while engaging actively with our multidisciplinary team. Each workday includes structured working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. Our work facility is virtual but closely knit, focused on maintaining a supportive environment for both clients and practitioners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for clients, leveraging evidence-based practices to formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the distinct needs of each individual.
• Ensure detailed and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, maintaining our commitment to privacy and security.
• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team, engaging psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers in a holistic approach to patient care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them with knowledge to aid their recovery.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the mental health field to enhance therapeutic effectiveness and patient care approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with individuals confronting various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma response, and coping with life changes. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions, enabling the customization of approaches to meet personal and family needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, essential for the therapeutic process.
