About Powered by MRP

Powered by MRP is the world’s leading end-to-end marketplace for aesthetic medical equipment. We partner with clinics, manufacturers, financial institutions, and asset managers nationwide to source and deliver the capital equipment that drives the industry forward.

We operate in a high-performance, execution-focused environment where speed, precision, and accountability are our standard. Our team is built for professionals who take initiative, value cultural alignment, and are motivated by the challenge of scaling a vision into reality.

The Role

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our Buy Team. This is an individual contributor role with full lifecycle ownership—you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing high-value medical aesthetic devices (lasers and energy-based systems) from initial outreach through final delivery.

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing the entire deal flow—agreement, inspection, and logistics—while proactively contributing to our overall inventory strategy.

Key Priorities
  • Inventory Velocity: Execute on the high-priority task of clearing existing backorders.

  • Strategic Sourcing: Build and scale a robust, repeatable pipeline of high-demand aesthetic inventory.

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term partnerships with manufacturers, clinics, medspas, and financial institutions to ensure a steady flow of assets.

Core Responsibilities
  • Proactive Sourcing: Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, email, social) to identify and acquire assets.

  • End-to-End Deal Ownership: Lead the entire procurement lifecycle, including pricing strategy, contract negotiation, equipment inspection (remote/virtual), and delivery logistics.

  • Pipeline Excellence: Maintain precise CRM data and reporting to ensure total visibility into the procurement funnel.

  • Problem-Solving: Identify process bottlenecks and independently implement solutions to ensure deal velocity and operational efficiency.

Daily Performance Standards

Success in this role is measured by your consistency, urgency, and disciplined execution.

  • Activity Benchmarks: 40–50 outbound calls per day.

  • Pipeline Growth: Add and engage 10+ new, high-quality contacts daily.

  • Reliability: Consistent follow-up and CRM documentation.

  • Accountability: Owning your results and proactively clearing obstacles to close.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Experience in high-volume outbound sales or capital equipment procurement.

  • Performance Track Record: Demonstrated ability to independently manage and close complex deals, consistently exceeding KPIs and quotas.

  • Skills: Mastery in negotiation, relationship management, and multi-project prioritization.

  • Mindset: A "hunter" mentality, process-oriented, and highly accountable. You thrive in a metric-driven, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, other CRM platforms a plus.

  • Deep understanding of the aesthetics or healthcare landscape.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Uncapped Earning Potential: We provide a competitive base salary of $90,000, complemented by an uncapped commission structure. Your total compensation is directly linked to your results.

  • Comprehensive Health: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.

  • Financial Security: 401(k) plan.

  • Work-Life Balance: Generous Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays.

  • Professional Growth: Real opportunities for advancement within our rapidly scaling organization.
