Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday; approximately 30 to 35 hours per week; During School Day; One School Year Based Fellowship (final schedule depends on school placement)
Part-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday; AM Schedule Block -  8:00 to 12:00; PM Schedule Block - 12:00PM to 4:00 PM; approximately 20 - 29 hours per week; During the School Day; One School Year Based Fellowship (final schedule depends on school placement)
Hourly Rate: $23/hour (non-exempt, paid bi-weekly)
Start Date: late July/early August 2026

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate:$23.00 (non-exempt, paid bi-weekly)
  • Total compensation is based on assigned schedule and number of service days
  • 30 minute paid lunch
  • Daily planning and preparation built into your schedule
  • Sick leave and personal leave
  • Please note that as a school-year-based role, this position does not include holiday pay or payment during school breaks/closures (e.g., Winter Break, Spring Break).

Requirements

  • Age 18 or older
  • Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
  • Current enrollment in a degree program, prior enrollment, or completion of at least an associate’s degree
  • English proficiency (Spanish language skills a plus)
  • Ability to commit through the end of the school year
  • Successful completion of required background screenings
  • Ability to reliably commute to school location based on assigned schedule
