Description
For the 2026-2027 school year. We are seeking a faithful, skilled, and mission-driven full-time Math Teacher for grades 3-8. This teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality math instruction using the Singapore Math approach (or demonstrating a strong willingness to be trained in it).
The ideal candidate values conceptual understanding over rote memorization alone, fosters perseverance and disciplined thinking, and seeks to form students not only academically but morally and spiritually.

Primary Responsibilities
Curriculum & Instruction
  • Teach mathematics to students in grades 3-8 using the Singapore Math methodology (concrete-pictorial-abstract progression).
  • Develop students' conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and mathematical reasoning.
  • Maintain high academic standards while differentiating instruction to support diverse learners.
  • Provide structured practice, review, and mastery-based assessment.
  • Integrate habits of precision, order, and logical thinking consistent with classical education.
  • Collaborate to ensure vertical alignment and continuity across grade levels.

Classroom Culture
  • Establish a peaceful, structured, and joyful classroom environment.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
