About North Douglas High School
North Douglas High School is a small rural high school focused on building strong relationships, high expectations, and meaningful opportunities for students. We are seeking a passionate and student-centered mathematics teacher who is excited to help students succeed in both high school and college-level mathematics courses (pre-calculus).
Position Summary
North Douglas High School is seeking a highly qualified mathematics teacher who can provide engaging, rigorous, and student-focused instruction in high school mathematics courses ranging from foundational mathematics through advanced and college-level coursework.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Teach assigned mathematics courses at the high school level
  • Develop and implement standards-aligned lesson plans
  • Maintain accurate student records and grades
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Utilize technology to support instruction and student engagement

Minimum Qualifications
