About the Role

As our IT Infrastructure Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the reliability, performance, and security of our company’s technological backbone. You’ll lead a skilled team of Network, Security, and Systems Administrators—plus trusted external partners—to design, maintain, and optimize our enterprise infrastructure.

Your leadership and project management expertise will be key to transforming our systems and processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly—from cloud environments and networks to servers and user endpoints.

You’ll balance strategy and hands-on technical work, turning complex challenges into actionable results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor the IT Infrastructure team, fostering collaboration, technical growth, and accountability.
  • Plan and execute infrastructure initiatives that improve uptime, security, and user experience.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise IT infrastructure, spanning networking, cloud services, and server systems.
  • Develop and maintain IT infrastructure best practices, policies, and SOPs to ensure operational excellence, data integrity, and compliance.
  • Oversee lifecycle management of network, cloud, and server systems, including monitoring, maintenance, and performance tuning.
  • Implement and test Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans, ensuring rapid recovery and minimal business disruption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth, office expansions, and technology initiatives.
  • Manage and administer Windows servers, Active Directory, and Office 365, leveraging automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing innovations to enhance system reliability and security.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems, or Network Administration
  • 2+ year leading or supervising technical teams
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking and cloud platforms
    • Windows OS, Active Directory, Entra/Azure AD, and Azure
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CCNP, MCSE, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
  • High standards for integrity, confidentiality, and meeting deadlines
  • Proven ability to create SOPs and documentation independently
  • A strong customer-service mindset with a knack for translating tech into results
