AVERAGE DAY AS A NIGHT SHIFT MECHANICAL LEAD

While working as the Night Shift Mechanical Lead, you play a vital role in organizing the schedules of our maintenance staff, ensuring smooth production lines during the graveyard shift. Your ability to get along well with our production group and team members, while consistently administering company policies and procedures, is key to your success. You diligently keep accurate records of inventory, maintenance, and repair work, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
