Description
GRS Community Management is seeking a skilled and dedicated Full-Time Bilingual Maintenance Technician to join our onsite team in West Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can handle day-to-day maintenance tasks while also coordinating projects and working with vendors to keep our community in top shape.
This position is Monday through Friday (40 hour week) and on call Saturday and Sunday.
rate is $21 based on experience
Responsibilities:
Maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols
Responsible for day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of community facilities and common areas
Perform maintenance responsibilities including drywall repair, irrigation repair and filter and light bulb changes
Troubleshoot issues effectively
Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential problems and perform necessary repairs or contact licensed vendor when necessary
Follow maintenance schedule and prioritize daily tasks
Able to clean drains if needed and light painting
Skills:
Ability to read and understand schematics for various systems
Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices
Excellent Customer Service skills to interact effectively with onsite staff and residents
Proficiency in English for clear communication
