Job description

We are seeking a licensed commercial real estate appraiser with an MAI designate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be licensed in multiple states and have an interest in reviewing appraisal reports. You should have appraisal experience across industrial, retail and multifamily properties. The opportunity is best suited for someone who can effectively work remotely and start part-time while working up to full-time at the earliest opportunity. The candidate can be located anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Competent to complete a commercial real estate appraisal
  • Experienced in retail, industrial and multifamily
  • Willing to learn other asset classes
  • Team oriented to collaborate across multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Skilled in valuation software, advanced excel and word templates
  • Advanced writing and analytical skills
  • Contact clients, real estate agents, local municipalities and others to gather necessary information needed to support the appraisal work.
