  • Set up and adjust machinery for different products and production runs
  • Monitor product quality and make equipment adjustments when needed
  • Diagnose mechanical and operational issues to minimize downtime
  • Perform routine equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Maintain accurate production information and communicate issues or delays
  • Work closely with plant team members to achieve daily production goals
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Previous machine operator or industrial manufacturing experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Experience working with automated production equipment
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a production team
  • Attention to detail and pride in producing quality products
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Highly Preferred:

  • Concrete block manufacturing experience
  • Concrete paver, precast, concrete products, brick, aggregate, or related industry experience
  • Experience operating or maintaining Tiger, Columbia, Besser, Hess, MASA, or similar concrete-products equipment
  • Experience making machine adjustments and diagnosing production problems
  • Basic computer skills for production reporting
Schedule

Full-time, day shift, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be available or required during busier production seasons.

Benefits

  • Medical insurance – Two plan options, including a single-coverage plan with 100% of the premium paid by the company
  • Dental and vision insurance
  • Retirement plan with a 100% company match on employee contributions up to 3% of earnings
