Job description

Location: Golfballs.com - Apparel Decoration Department
Golfballs.com is growing, and we're looking for an Embroidery Specialist to join our Apparel Decoration Department! If you have a passion for high-quality embroidery, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
• Operate single and multi-head embroidery machines to produce high-quality apparel
• Prepare garments for embroidery, including cutting backing, hooping, and logo placement
• Inspect stitch-outs and samples to ensure quality and accuracy before full production
• Monitor machine performance and assist with basic troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with routine machine maintenance as directed
• Support production goals by meeting deadlines and productivity standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency
• Help manage embroidery supplies and report low stock
What We're Looking For:
• 1-3 years of embroidery experience (multi-head machine experience preferred)
• Basic understanding of embroidery techniques and processes
• Comfortable operating commercial embroidery machines
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical labor
Bonus Points For:
• Experience with Barudan or Ricoma embroidery machines and software
• Prior experience in apparel decoration or custom product fulfillment
• Familiarity with quality control standards for embroidery
