Job description

LaPrairie Works Oilfields Servicesis currently recruitingpermanent full-time Class 1 Driversto expand our skilled team of transportation and logistics professionals throughout thePeace Region of Albertaand British Columbia.

Responsibilities:

  • Haul various bulk materials in Super B and tridem live bottom configurations on a full-time basis
  • Conduct and record pre-operational checks on equipment
  • Operate loading and unloading equipment as required
  • Adhere to daily schedules set out by Dispatch
  • Complete daily driver logs accurately and on time
  • Maintain a clean and organized truck
  • Ability to navigate work sites, and adapt to daily changes in site scope of work
  • Excellent communication skills

Requirements:

  • Must hold valid Class 1 license with clean drivers abstract
  • Three years or more of bulk commodity hauling on and off highway is preferred
  • Availability to work overtime when needed
  • Daily Subsistence for "Out of town"- work
  • Oilfield experience is a significant asset
