Job description

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Logistics Management preferred Or
  • A minimum of 6 years' progressive experience in a related field required
  • 4-6 plus years' experience with import/export trade compliance and logistics.
  • 5 years Supervisory experience.
  • Expert knowledge of Supply Chain & Logistics terminology and lingo.
  • Knowledge of and experience with regional customs regulations on exports, import experience. US Trade regulations experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of and experience with import/export documents and regulations supporting global business
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with different layers of the organization.
  • Experience with Global Trade Management systems. (Oracle GTM, Amber Road, etc.)
  • Proficient in web-based applications and MS Office
  • Experience and understanding of VAT regulations a plus
  • Experience and knowledge of other global import/export regulations a plus.
  • Qualified candidates must be interested in working within fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Must possess an elevated level of integrity and professionalism, including in dealing with complex and sensitive matters
  • Broker's License is a plus.

Compensation/ Benefits

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $75,600 to $94,500 an hour. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
