We are looking for a hands-on Supervisor, Marketing Logistics to join our team onsite in Englewood, Colorado.In this role, you will not just manage from the sidelines-you will lead from the front, driving inventory strategy, logistics execution, and event readiness while working directly alongside your team to ensure flawless execution.

How You'll Create Impact
  • Directly supervise the Marketing Logistics team, including assigning work, setting priorities, and monitoring performance, while actively participating in daily operational tasks alongside the team
  • Provide coaching, training, and development to team members through both formal guidance and hands-on support in day-to-day work
  • Participate in hiring, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and termination decisions
  • Manage team scheduling, attendance, and coverage to ensure operational continuity, stepping in as needed to maintain workflow and meet deadlines
  • Oversee and actively support end-to-end marketing inventory operations, including planning, allocation, fulfillment, and utilization
  • Establish and manage inventory strategies to support events, sales teams, and business priorities, while contributing directly to execution
  • Make decisions on inventory distribution, prioritization, and resource allocation, and assist in implementing those decisions operationally
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs, including piloting and executing changes within the workflow
  • Analyze inventory trends and operational data to provide recommendations to leadership, incorporating insights gained from direct involvement in processes
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Events, and Medical Education teams, while also supporting coordination and execution of shared initiatives
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex operational and logistics issues, and take a hands-on role in resolving them
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and company policies through both oversight and personal adherence to procedures
  • Oversee shipping, auditing, and inventory processes, while actively participating in these functions as needed
  • Maintain accuracy of systems such as SAP, Smartsheet, and other tracking tools through direct usage and oversight
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including individual contributor responsibilities that support team and operational success
Your Background

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or inventory management
  • 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience required
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment on business operations
  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
  • Strong Customer Service skills

Work Environment

  • The role operates primarily within a warehouse, medical/cadaver laboratory, and tradeshow environments.

Physical Demands

  • The role requires regular movement within the facility and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
