Beach Front Property Management is looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager & Leasing Consultant to join our team in Chino, CA.


If you have experience in property management, apartment leasing, customer service, sales, or hospitality and are ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you!

You'll work closely with the On-Site Property Manager, assist current residents, help prospective residents find their next home, and support the day-to-day operations of the community.


What You'll Do

  • Welcome prospective residents and conduct apartment tours
  • Follow up with leads and help turn inquiries into new residents
  • Process rental applications and assist with lease documentation
  • Coordinate move-ins, renewals, and resident communications
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to residents
  • Assist with rent collection, resident files, and general office administration
  • Support the Property Manager with daily community operations
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff regarding work orders and apartment turns
  • Conduct property inspections and help maintain strong curb appeal
  • Build positive relationships with residents and help create a welcoming community
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in property management or apartment leasing.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Organized, dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable speaking with prospective residents and following up with leads
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using computers and learning property management software
