Duties & Responsibilities 
  • Prepare menu items according to established restaurant recipes and presentation standards.  
  • Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and completed in a timely, efficient manner during service.  
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, including routine daily cleaning and scheduled deep-cleaning tasks.  
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.  
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock monitoring and supply ordering as needed.  
  • Support the development of new menu items, seasonal specials, and recipe enhancements.  
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure guest orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly.

Education and Experience

  • Food handler training is preferred.
