         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Sanitation\- such as proper hand washing, cutting boards are washed, rinsed, and sanitized after every use. Gloves are to be used to handle ready to eat foods. Sanitation solution is obtained by from the designated chemical dispensing area.<\/span>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Safety\/Maintenance\/Storage\- Picking up things on the floor, wiping up spills immediately, throwing <\/span>away <\/span>trash in <\/span>appropriate <\/span>containers. <\/span>Never <\/span>carry <\/span>too <\/span>many <\/span>items <\/span>at <\/span>one <\/span>time, use a carte or ask for help when carrying heavy objects.<\/span>

Wage:<\/span>      <\/span>Employer<\/span> <\/span>will  <\/span><\/span>pay  <\/span><\/span>$15.47  <\/span><\/span>per  <\/span><\/span>hour  <\/span><\/span>which  <\/span><\/span>is  <\/span><\/span>greater  <\/span><\/span>than  <\/span><\/span>the  <\/span><\/span>prevailing<\/span> <\/span>wage  <\/span><\/span>of<\/span><\/span>

$14.02.  <\/span><\/span>Overtime is available and guaranteed at one and half times the offered wage which is no less than <\/span>$23.21 per hour. All wages will be paid bi\-weekly.<\/span>

If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will pay directly for and\/or reimburse <\/span>workers for <\/span>transportation and subsistence <\/span>from the place <\/span>of <\/span>recruitment <\/span>to the place <\/span>of work. <\/span>Upon <\/span>completion <\/span>of <\/span>the <\/span>work <\/span>contract <\/span>or <\/span>where <\/span>the <\/span>worker <\/span>is <\/span>dismissed <\/span>earlier, <\/span>employer <\/span>will provide <\/span>or <\/span>pay <\/span>for <\/span>worker's <\/span>reasonable <\/span>costs <\/span>of <\/span>return <\/span>transportation <\/span>and <\/span>subsistence <\/span>back <\/span>home <\/span>or to the place the <\/span>worker originally departed to work, except where the <\/span>worker will not return due <\/span>to subsequent <\/span>employment <\/span>with <\/span>another <\/span>employer. <\/span>The <\/span>employer <\/span>will <\/span>pay <\/span>directly <\/span>for <\/span>and\/or <\/span>reimburse workers for all reasonable inbound transportation and subsistence costs within the first <\/span>workweek. <\/span>The <\/span>employer <\/span>will <\/span>pay <\/span>directly <\/span>for <\/span>and\/or <\/span>reimburse <\/span>workers <\/span>for <\/span>all <\/span>reasonable <\/span>outbound transportation and subsistence costs during the last workweek. <\/span>The amount of transportation payment <\/span>or <\/span>reimbursement <\/span>will <\/span>be <\/span>equal <\/span>to <\/span>the <\/span>most <\/span>economical <\/span>and <\/span>reasonable <\/span>common <\/span>carrier <\/span>for the <\/span>distances <\/span>involved. <\/span>Daily <\/span>subsistence <\/span>will <\/span>be <\/span>provided <\/span>at <\/span>a <\/span>rate <\/span>of <\/span>$16.28 <\/span>per <\/span>day <\/span>during <\/span>travel <\/span>to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.<\/span>
