Busy Workers’ Compensation Defense Law Firm seeking computer literate, tech-savvy Administrative Assistant. Full time, in office position, with growth opportunity.
Description:

Provide administrative assistance to various departments.  Duties include, maintaining important deadlines and managing tasks calendar, handling busy email inbox; professionally conducting telephone and email communication with attorneys and outside constituents, finalizing and filing legal documents, data entry, etc.
Qualifications:

· Must be computer literate. Comfortable using various software applications.
· Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail a must.
· Must be able to multitask while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
· Work in a fast-paced office environment.
· Good working knowledge of MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel.
