Job description

GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government-consulting firm with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate full-time Legal Assistant opening in our Boca Raton office for a candidate with 10+ years of experience in commercial litigation. This position provides high-level Legal Assistant and administrative support to multiple attorneys.

Ideal candidate must have exceptional computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Outlook Calendar, etc.). The position also requires keen attention to detail, the ability to effectively calendar deadlines and court orders, effective proofreading, and drafting skills, demonstrated multitasking, strong organizational skills, knowledge of federal and civil court procedures, the rules of civil procedure, and the ability to work effectively with others under deadlines. Effective time management and communication skills, both written and oral, are necessary. Expertise in e-filing in state and federal courts is required.
