Title of Position: Lead Pastor (Full-Time)

Name of Church: Columbia Community Fellowship

Church Location: Columbia, PA

Church Location Description: Columbia is a small borough along the Susquehanna River in Lancaster County, about 10 miles west of the city of Lancaster. The area combines a small-town community character with proximity to the broader Lancaster region.

Job Description: Columbia Christian Fellowship is seeking a full-time Lead Pastor to shepherd and lead the congregation following the retirement of their founding pastor. The incoming pastor will work alongside elders and ministry leaders to strengthen and deepen the church's discipleship culture, develop a clear pathway for connecting and growing people in Christ, and cultivate a community known for prayer, presence, and gospel mission in the Columbia area.

Compensation: Health Coverage, Full-time Salary, Housing Allowance

Minimum Education Level: If necessary, must be willing to complete the Alliance Ministerial Study Program (MSP) upon hiring.

Minimum Credential Level: Must be willing to begin the Alliance ordination process

Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years of experience as a lay leader with proven experience making disciples

Church Size: 80 Avg. Sunday Attendance

Church Setting: Suburban

Church Vision: Columbia Christian Fellowship exists to serve within God's purposes for Columbia and the surrounding area. Church History: Columbia Christian Fellowship has been part of the C&MA family in Lancaster County for decades. The congregation was planted out of Elizabethtown Alliance Church and has been led by Pastor Hub Smith since 1995. Under his leadership, the church has developed a culture of prayer, discipleship, and community-focused ministry including the Manos House and homeless shelter partnerships.
