Title of Position: Lead Pastor (Full-Time)

Church Name: Immanuel Church

Church Location: Immanuel Church is in Mechanicsburg, PA, which is a growing suburb of the capitol city of Harrisburg which has a metro area of about 500,000 people. It is located 10 minutes away from Messiah College, a short drive from the beautiful mountains of Pennsylvania, and only a few hours away from major East Coast cities like Baltimore, Washington DC, and New York City. The area offers strong schools, family-friendly neighborhoods, and easy access to the culture and amenities of the greater Harrisburg region while retaining a small-town feel.

Job Description: Immanuel Church is seeking a Lead Pastor who will lead the congregation in growing a transforming relationship with Jesus, connecting in community with one another, and sharing Jesus with the world. The ideal candidate will shepherd a multi-staff team, champion a culture of worship and prayer, equip believers to serve in their spiritual gifts, and continue Immanuel's strong commitment in discipleship, small groups, and sending their people out to share Christ locally, regionally, and globally. Experience leading as a Senior/Lead Pastor is preferred.

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience as Senior Pastor

Minimum Credential Level: Must be willing to begin the consecration and ordination process with The Alliance

Compensation: Health Coverage, Full-Time Salary, Housing Allowance, Relocation Costs
