Position Summary

King Retail Solutions is hiring a Print Operator to join our Production Art team on day shift. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build a career in large format printing, graphics production, and manufacturing.


No prior print experience? Thatโ€™s okayโ€”weโ€™re willing to train the right candidate.

As a Print Operator, youโ€™ll help produce high-quality graphics for retail environments while learning equipment, materials, and production processes in a fast-paced team setting.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Operate large-format printing equipment and perform routine maintenance
  • Prepare and RIP files for print production
  • Verify colors, sizes, substrates, and job specifications before printing
  • Monitor print quality and make adjustments during production
  • Set up printers for different materials and job requirements
  • Keep jobs moving efficiently with quick changeovers
  • Track job progress and maintain production logs
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Label and organize completed work according to department procedures
  • Assist with material handling and job staging
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Cross-train and support other tasks within the department

What You Bring

  • Experience in printing, graphics, manufacturing, or production is helpful but not required
  • Willingness to learn new equipment and processes (training provided)
  • Basic computer skills (file handling, simple systems navigation)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow written work orders and instructions
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and positive attitude
  • Good color vision

Physical & Work Environment

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Standing and moving throughout the shift
  • Active production environment with equipment noise
